Elegant Creations...a cake company

Lissa was phenomenal to work with and delivered beautiful cakes each time for our pre-wedding and wedding celebrations. We worked with Lissa long distance as I am in Southern California and my daughter is in the Fort Collins area. Lissa worked with both my husband and Ashley to design the specifics for her wedding cake for the day of the celebration and a groom's cake for the wedding rehearsal. We also had Lissa design a cake for one of the bridal showers using the creative "barbed wire" design in "chocolate brown" for the cakes. Every cake was absolutely delicious, held up perfectly through the celebrations, and were as beautiful as they were delicious. Lissa is truly a remarkable professional with a willingness to work closely with the client to create one of a kind cakes to fit the occasion. We would use her services again in a heartbeat!!

Lissa did a wonderful job with my cake. I actually met her from doing a wedding at the hotel I worked at. I loved the cake the couple had. I scheduled a tasting of which is was very hard to pick b/c everything was so good! We then looked through a book with pics of cakes she has done, and then we created my own cake. It was great to walk into the room and see the cake of my dreams sitting on the table! Lissa was also wonderful with helping how much cake to get, she didn't want us to get to little or to much... :) THANKS!!!

Our experience with Elegant Creations was wonderful! She really took the time to make sure of what we wanted. The cake turned out WONDERFUL and she was dedicated to giving my husband and I a great experience from beginning to end. We celebrated out 1 year anniversary a couple months ago and were given a brand new cake for our 1st anniversary (sure beats freezing it for a year!). Lissa was exceptional about communicating via email and responding in a timely manner. She was very open to my ideas for the cake and what I wanted it to look like. Lissa is very easy to work with and professional. I was a little unsure at first because this is a smaller company and not as well known as some of the other bakeries in the area. We decided to take a chance on Lissa because of her proffesional yet friendly attitude, and her quality of work. On our wedding day- the cake looked almost exactly how I had envisioned it to be- there were a few flaws present on the fondant, but barely noticable. The one negative was we had the wrong flavor of filling in half of the cake and cream cheese was used instead of buttercream under the fondant, but it still tasted WONDERFUL and everybody loved it. I was very happy with the overall presentation, taste, and value of the cake. Lissa was a dream to work with.
